Very useful and effective customer service software

The best part is that it's very easy to use, especially for those who are new in this field of work! It has been extremely helpful as I have never used any other tool like this before! There isn't anything at all i dislike about faveo - they've really made an excellent product which makes my life easier when dealing with customers or clients regarding their tickets/issues. This saves me time because now instead of going through each ticket one by one, I can just go straight into "My Tickets" section where everything related to issues such as emails etc will be listed along side them so there is no need to search manually anymore. Also we're able to provide better support since our email addresses are visible alongside every issue (ticket) hence if someone needs help right away then he wont' have to wait longer than necessary while searching for us online.
