Very difficult to open for charging. It's almost impossible to get to the printed specs. Fully charged after 45 minutes of opening attempts with three attempts each. Wi-Fi detected and selected but not confirmed to be working when launching the app. Tried Blue Tooth with no success. Reinstalled app, tried several times without success. The instruction book is ridiculous, full of hard-to-read symbols and minimal text. This is a significant downgrade from their previous product which worked well. Contacted tech support about difficulty opening and their response was to install anchor bolts for the lever and just give it a try.
