Delivery was great. The product was easy to install considering my specific application needs. If you have an extended bezel and it is not flush with the mounting area this will not work unless you change the mounting method. (94 Isuzu Soldier). Not a lot of instructions but you will probably need to cut the wire end caps to use your own setup for your car model. I tried to contact the seller (EinCar) through their website. They only offer email contact. no cellphone. It is given 1 business day for a reply. A week later and still no email from them! (spam checked etc.) Touch screen stopped working after 3 months. Now I find myself without a fully functional radio! You can't access additional apps without a touchscreen, just the basic stuff!
