Review on 🚗 Enhanced Performance and Comfort: Rancho RS9000XL RS999330 Shock Absorber by Nick Garrett

I ordered a pair at the front (RS999329) and rear (RS999330) for my JKU and one of the dampers on both pairs was defective. My 6 year old was able to compress one of the rear shocks I received and one of the front shocks wasn't much better. Shame as it looked like they had been returned before (the box is open and the defective front shock is missing the hardware). I called Rancho customer service and they said I couldn't compress either of them that easily and as a couple they should compress at the same rate. BE SURE TO CHECK COMPRESSION ON BOTH SHOCKS BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION. Luckily, Revain has a great returns policy. I just wish they could improve quality assurance before shipping the product. I haven't installed it yet, but once I get a replacement I'll revisit this review to refer to the actual product.
