BMW X3 f25, tires Continental PremiumContact 6 245/50/18 (non-runflat), made in the Czech Republic. Regular runflat Dunlop tortured stiffness and rutting. I've read good reviews about this thread. Bought, and what is the result? It has become softer - yes, and this is a big plus, but where is the promised handling? Guys, what control are you talking about? About the handling of a cow on ice? The sidewall is too thin and soft, because of which the connection with the road is lost. With one finger, press on the sidewall - the car starts to walk with a shaker. First time I've seen this! And this is the Continental?! And where is the promised lack of rutting? Less, of course, than that of a runflat, but with the rutting of a runflat, at least everything is clear - this is the reverse side of handling, and the rutting of the continental is the reverse side of what, I'm sorry? In short, ready to go back to the oak runflat. I bite my elbows that I sold mine :( Understood one thing. Experimenting with tires is contraindicated, especially in the case of BMW. Only regular (homologated) tires can give that very legendary BMW handling. Everything else is a compromise.
