I was concerned that the tilt function would not be needed and there would be a gap between the block and the mirror which looks ridiculous. I couldn't be more wrong. This made the product much better than it is. Great workmanship, professionally packaged/protected, arrived next day (in perfect condition) and great quality. Easy installation by 3M tape. I haven't washed the cars, but rain and high speeds don't bother them. A solid, solid buy for the money (2) Packaged and the shape allows for top or bottom mounting. I went on both sides to match the lines of the mirrors almost perfectly. Took some street shots to show the excellent field of view. Tip: If you want to completely remove them from view while driving on the freeway; You can lower the mirrors a bit on the road. but is not necessary, because the size and appearance even allow the use of the passenger side!
