Rolls easily into place with your foot. You don't need to plug it in like normal door stoppers, once you plug it in, even if it's heavy, the door just can't move. We used this to move the whole house and when one of my family members was on crutches and couldn't bend down they would pay a hundred for this item, it works that well!
