Review on Airaid Cold Air Intake System (AIR-531-202): Boost Horsepower, Enhance Filtration | 2006-2008 HONDA (Ridgeline) Compatible by Paul Opoku

To be honest based on another review of this item I thought it would be a great item for my truck. Best fuel economy? Wow! Better sound and acceleration? Wow! - Actually you get the worst gas mileage that has a decent sound. I've filled up three tanks since I put this in my truck. The first tank BEFORE installing the Airaid system was 15.75 mpg. Same weather, same driving conditions, everything is the same, and now I'm getting 13.5-14.5 per tank of gas. It actually made my gas mileage worse. I am sending it back immediately for a refund. I hoped for the best but it ended up being a terrible experience. Now I have to put my old airbox back in and go back to stock knowing there is nothing I can do to increase fuel economy. Unless I park the truck and walk. :P
