Review on 🔘 EBC Brakes 3GD Series Dimpled and Slotted Sport Rotor - GD7237 by Shawn Sims

I was really excited about these rotors at first when I got them. However, after leaving them on my truck for nearly two years (and then throwing them away in disgust after giving myself the choice of twisting and then deforming a third time - again - or replacing them), can I can honestly say that I have never bought any other EBC "Performance" product. It's amazing how quickly they deform. I'm not saying I'm a perfect rider or even more than competent, but I certainly don't want my rotors to warp during the first part of the setup. (And yes, for all the naysayers willing to delete my review, I did all other maintenance on my truck and rotated/balanced/aligned my wheels every few months). So yes, these paired with green pads (also from ebc) deformed after 1 month. I flipped them after 4 months, then they deformed again, this time in less than two weeks. A little over a year later I shot them again and after that they warped for a few days. I still had more than enough thickness left to flip again, but felt like I was wasting my money at this point. Not sure if my experience was exceptional compared to other reviews here as others seem to have had good luck. But I was so damn upset that I went back to the regular OEM replacement parts afterwards and have been wearing them ever since. I will never buy aftermarket pads for my truck again. And yes, dust and dust abrasion on the pads was terrible too. The only saving factor was how cool they looked. But since stopping power is more important to me than cool looks, I decided to play it safe after my bad experiences with these brake discs.
