Excellent neutral red PLA from FOXINK. The filament fed easily into the extruder, no problems like breakage. Generally a good thing that needs no tweaking or special handling. I was able to use the standard PLA temperature and pressure profiles with no issues. The spool was packed in a strong silica gel bag, vacuum sealed, the line wound neatly on the spool. SETTINGS:* Printer: Ender 5 Pro* Nozzle Temperature: 200°C* Layer Temperature: 50°C* Base Material: Standard Flexible Magnetic Build Plate* Speed: 50mm/s* Nozzle: 0.4mm* Layer: 0.2mm COLOR: Das Red is not as bright as the other PLA reds I have. I think I would describe it as a very approachable and neutral medium base red with a matte finish. Less intense than it appears in my photos. Overall a good red, looks great. RESULT: The layers are clean, the edges are clear, the surface is smooth and silky. Excellent structural integrity. No problems loading filament or during printing. Also excellent adhesion to the bed. FINAL VERDICT: $25 is expensive, but the reliability and consistency of this thread is above average.
