Contrary to other reviews, Verizon supports this device. I have three of these and use them on an unlimited data plan. It takes a bit of work to connect them together initially, but once you get started there are usually no problems. One of my modems sometimes fails, but I used it and bought it very cheaply, so it could just be a defective unit. Turning it off and on again mostly fixes it. I contacted tech support once about this and the tech helped me with no issues so I don't know how another reviewer can say it's not supported. The other two I own are reliable and will run for hours without issue. If Verizon ever drops these products, I'll most likely look for another vendor. They would have shot themselves in the foot for pushing away a longtime customer.
