Probably as good as the OEM version, if not better. This was definitely done using laser measurements as the fit is absolutely perfect. It had holes for attaching a car seat and two straps to raise the third row seats when they are down. As stated in the description this will NOT fit XLE trims and above with a rear left subwoofer in the trunk (lower trims only have a niche in this area which this mat also covers. I was surprised at how much velcro there was on the section which rests at the back of the third row.Very solid mount and moves flawlessly when I raise and lower the seats.It's a very thick rubber material that feels very durable and is definitely waterproof to avoid stains and liquids.The Cleaning is easy enough, just take it out and shake it or wash it with a hose/pressure washer If you want to protect your trunk from damage, this will meet all your needs!
