The customer service is always friendly! Great people at this firm that are very helpful with any issue we have as customers or prospects! Their knowledge in their products makes it easy for our sales reps when working through potential opportunities with them! We use market o so I cannot comment about anything else but they were great during my tenure there (about 10 years ago).

If nothing else, be sure to ask if someone has worked within an agency environment before jumping into something new - some agencies can make things difficult because no matter how hard everyone works together; sometimes internal politics gets involved which will not work well between departments / companies outside those walls.
