Review on NEIKO 02440A 44 Piece Impact Socket Set with Standard SAE and Metric Sizes, Deep and Shallow Kit, Extension Bars and U-Joint Included by Will Ridpath

If I have problems with the set in the future, I will note it in this review. The set is complete enough for almost any task. You will very rarely need a smaller or larger outlet and this set has everything in between. My goal was to limit the number of tool cases I use for different tasks and this seems to eliminate the need for two separate SAE and metric cases that I use, except for the smaller and larger sockets, both of which have suitcases. I rarely use these sockets anyway so this set has what I need about 97% of the time. I'll talk about durability when I use it, but looking at it I doubt I'll have any durability issues. The pivot bushings are new to me so I can comment on how well they hold up if needed but I assume they are not rated for high torque given there is a pin holding the assembly back together and use will show. None of the sockets were present when I opened them and they had a film of oil on them, which is common in the industry for corrosion protection. So far it looks like a very good buy.
