This is a single channel unit
The keypad can operate three different garage doors but when pressed it will open/close all three doors. A single channel device means that there is only one PIN code and this PIN code simultaneously opens/closes all doors (1, 2 or 3) that the keypad is programmed for. If you want two doors to be programmed to open/close independently with their own PIN code, you will need to purchase a dual channel keypad. This product limitation has not been clearly reflected in this Genie product overview. The product may be a good single channel keyboard but I sent it back as it didn't meet my dual channel needs.
