The ability of my organization to send out text messages for campaigns without having to be physically present at our call centers was the main benefit I realized using NiceCOne; however, this doesn't mean everything else about it does not have its own benefits! Overall though, we've seen good results since implementing NiceCon one into our business model. Not much to dislike here except sometimes you'd wish they had some additional features like being able to see who has answered certain calls or texts but apart from those minor things there isn't anything really bad as far as functionality goes so all's well :). Nice has been able to deliver excellent service at low cost for our business over many years now. We have had some technical issues but we quickly found their team of engineers who were always quick to respond. The support I received when I needed help was outstanding - very friendly & knowledgeable!
