Great platform with fast delivery times

The ability of my organization to send out text messages for campaigns without having to be physically present at our call centers was the main benefit I realized using NiceCOne; however, this doesn't mean everything else about it does not have its own benefits! Overall though, we've seen good results since implementing NiceCon one into our business model. Not much to dislike here except sometimes you'd wish they had some additional features like being able to see who has answered certain calls
