You'll need a flat-bottomed cup or cup lid

Nice design and temperature options, but you'll need a fully flat-bottomed cup (which I don't have!) to get your coffee/tea, so stay on one decent temperature. I also tried a silicone case (bought from Revain) and it was better, but the coffee still didn't stay as hot as I would have liked.
