Things to know before sewing

There are some problems with this product, so I will describe them for you.1. MUST WATCH THE VIDEO ON YOUTUBE how to make cross stitches. Directions are easy. no The instructions are bad and even say to do something wrong. More on that later! You'll definitely need some extra help, so check out YouTube before you even thread your needle (trust me on this one).2. He will ask you to tie off the thread to complete the stitch. DO NOT DO THAT. Knots won't finish your cross stitch - watch a video on how to finish your embroidery because knots won't help you.3. The fabric is incredibly strong. It's a bit tricky to work with and the thread was very sticky to it (I held it so that gravity pulled the thread with each stitch). There are also things that are not bad/good. It comes with everything you need to get started. Kits are just great for getting a feel for the craft without spending a lot of money.2. It is not expensive. I'm not deducting 2 stars because to be honest I wasn't surprised at the lower quality of the components. This is a very good value kit and all said and done I think it lives up to expectations (apart from the poor instructions).3. My happy slice of pizza is just insanely cute. I made a lot of mistakes and it still turned out great. I didn't topstitch around the crust or pepperoni (black outlines) and left out the French knot for the eyes (instructions are poor, video didn't help). Help, this is difficult even for experienced embroiderers, so this is not the right place in imo beginner kit). A little patience plus a few hours and you'll be hanging your adorable pizza slice!
