Review on πŸš— Flowmaster 843015 3 Inch Inlet/Outlet Super 10 409s Performance Muffler by Henry Brown

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The sound you are looking for!

I have tried many exhaust brands over the years and I always come back to the Flowmaster. I love the traditional "Flowmaster" sound, deep and aggressive, so the original Series 40 has always been my favorite. I first tried the 10 series on my Dakota R/T last year and was impressed. This time the application was for my '03 Suburban 5.3 with cats. I heard an identical Super 40 truck without the cats and really liked the sound and wanted to do the same thing at first but decided instead to keep the cats and install 3" (inside and outside mid/mid) 10 series and WOW I made absolutely the right choice! Out of a lot of my cars, this is my favorite exhaust! Very deep aggressive tone and very noticeable in the truck but not so loud that it's impossible to have a conversation and the sound is GREAT! If you look For the very best of the iconic "Flowmaster sound" and torn between a 40, Super 40, Super 44 or 10, I assure you from someone with years of exhaust testing and the Flowmaster, the 10 Series is for you! And it's not wicked in its volume It's definitely loud but even my fiancΓ© loves it and enjoys driving it If you have a similar truck I also suggest a Specter cold air intake kit These are the bes ten $150 you will spend and they go well together. With the 10 Series, your truck breathes freely and needs to breathe just as freely. Together they gave a VERY noticeable increase in HD, improved throttle response and even a noticeable increase in MPG! (Yes, even Prigorodny!). And CAI really lowers the exhaust note a bit. Stop reading reviews and watching YouTube videos and do it now! You will not be disappointed (Speaking of V8 apps)
