We have a dog and faced a problem in the first 2 days when you remove dog hair, rubber rollers clogged and the brush stopped rolling on the floor. I cleaned it, everything is ok. The wife realized that in such cases it is necessary to lead the brush on the wool, but not with the back side. The rollers are behind the brush and when you pull on yourself and the wool gets in, they get clogged. Everything else is great. We use it mainly as a broom, we don’t have carpets.
