Disappointed good for cookware
I bought this kettle to replace an OXO Uplift kettle I bought in 2010. The Circulon kettle is a big disappointment because while it looks good the functionality is terrible. When pouring, the steam rises up to the hand, which is not really a good thing! The problem lies in both the handle and the spout. The spout is too vertical and the handle too far forward, so this combination creates the problem of vertical steam rising right where your hand is on the handle! Look elsewhere, too bad OXO doesn't make colored teapots anymore.
