I have been impressed with the quality of Xcelite tools for years and this tool is no exception. I use this kit almost every day, at least once a week, for everything from home renovations to hobbies. Having all of the standard screwdrivers in one small case has proven extremely helpful and is usually with me wherever I go. I found an issue worthy of the five star rating for this set. Dubbed Xcelite's "torque extender," the black slip-on handle slides easily onto one of the tools, making it nearly impossible to remove. If you have a stiff screw and need to apply pressure the full length of the shank to keep the blade in the slot of the screw as you turn it, the "torque extender" will slide very tightly over the screwdriver you are using, forming a vacuum lock that is virtually impossible to close crack is. There's actually a tool inside, now I can't get it out with a vise and vise, and I'm afraid I'll have to drill out the top of the black handle to break the vacuum and free the driver. not good, there had to be some kind of stop in the handle so you can press hard on the sturdy screw and not stick the screwdriver so far into the handle that it can't be removed. I expected more from Xcelite, I have several of their tools and this is the first problem I've had.
