They are huge and very difficult to swallow. These are the biggest pills I've ever come across (and I take a lot of supplements). A few times the pill got stuck in my throat and I had to cough several times to get rid of it. It was a very uncomfortable experience, even scary. These tablets can pose a choking hazard. After this happened a few times, I crushed these pills in a pill crusher and mixed the crushed pill with yogurt or applesauce. It was so I could finish the bottle. We will not buy these again. We'll look for capsules. If we don't find capsules of 1000 mg, we get 500 mg. Capsules and take two. (If Bluebonnet changes the way they make these pills and makes them smaller, we'll consider buying them again.) We've enjoyed other Bluebonnet supplements; However, Bluebonnet really missed the mark with this one. Since the 50-cap bottle and 100-cap bottle are listed separately at Revain, I've placed my review on both lists. (We bought them at a local health food store, not Revain.)
