Excellent Platform and Customer Service - Would definitely use again
Great customer service, easy payment options (and no fees!), very fast response times for help with technical/business issues! Nothing yet, but it's only been 3 days since I signed up! Highly recommend this platform, they have great support staff who are always working towards getting customers what they need when they need it! We're using stacktrack as our ticketing system for all of our boats so we can see activity on each vessel at any time. It has also allowed us to begin collecting some user feedback about how to improve our processes.
Pros
- The ease in which your questions get answered quickly
- Ability use their software without needing an internet connection makes running remote operations much simpler while offshore or moving around within ports easier than traditional landbased systems.
- Software is really simple you don't want too many steps between logging incidents & resolving them
- Easily accessible tickets that provide instant
Cons
- Almost everything is ok
