They were really heavy and strong and seemed to do the job well.
We loved them. I bought them as an early Christmas present for my dad and brought them home for Thanksgiving. At first glance they were really heavy and solid and seemed like they would do their job well (which they did). Cutting a turkey leg is fairly easy, but after the initial disassembly and washing, the feather never seemed to charge and hold properly, so while they were "easy to clean," they weren't easy to put back together. after the first time. I am sending them back, expected better quality for the price.
