Cuts through granite like butter

I needed something to cut through our granite countertop to install a glass flush and I wanted it to be easy as I love making my own hands . Followed the directions (start at a 45 degree angle and slowly work your way up to 90 degrees with water) and it worked like a charm. It probably took me 10 minutes max to cut a perfect 1" hole in my 2" granite countertop. I used some plumbing putty as a makeshift water dam. The bat stayed cool, and apart from most of the red paint peeling off, the bat was completely intact. Still sharp and the diamond coating is still there. If you need something strong, durable and easy to cut a hole in any type of stone, this is the bit for you.
