I really liked the product. It looked good and protected my car from the weather. Then a few weeks ago I took the lid off to move the car and the lid tore the seam. I didn't do anything wrong with the cover anyway. I reported this to the company and they said there was nothing they could do but offer me a 5% refund which equals $5. This is madness! The coating should serve someone more than a year. I have had many car covers in the past which have lasted me for several years.
