Can't return it to Lights & Lighting Accessories

I have one of these installed but it's older and I wanted to upgrade to one with no gaps in the headlights. Firstly, the connector does not readily fit into the standard. trailer connector. I wanted to hook it up because the F150 disables BLIS when you use a trailer fork, so that was minor for me but might be major for others. I've added a picture of a standard connector from an auto parts store compared to what they ship with very anemic wiring. I think it fits the requirements of this lightbar (probably), but wow. The star was removed due to problems attaching the trailer plug. Second, test it before inserting it. When wiring, route the wiring on the left so it points to the right. Without daytime running lights everything is fine as I checked. Once you turn on the chaser, things get really weird. The daytime running lights flash when the turn signal is on. One star removed. I didn't let it run long enough on a blink to know if it missed. Most likely it could be. If you use a turn signal, it will skip a few flashes entirely and then start flashing red and amber again. One star removed. The brightness was ok. My sons are much smarter. In my opinion, this corresponds to what I currently have in terms of brightness. You can compare it to my existing one in the video which is hardwired so they don't pick the same source and I've never had one of my trailers so hardly any truck wiring. I can't help but think that things are more reliable with a thicker ground and don't flicker as much, but it could just as easily be bad circuitry and resistance in the rail. I've never tried backwards because it doesn't work without it. I understand turn signal delay and prefer this method rather than flashing first and then showing a solid red light. This is necessary due to how the trailer wiring works, but my son has one that works great and doesn't flicker when the daytime running lights are on. I would buy one for my truck but it's a solid bar that won't work on my truck because of the extra bolts in the way. A flexible mount solves this problem, but doesn't help. I returned it as not working.
