So I figured the issue for other reviewers might have been an accident, but it appears to be an issue with the product in general. I have a Raspberry Pi 4 with an official power supply and a small fan connected to pin 1 of the GPIO (3.3V) and that's it. After only about 20 minutes of transferring files via WinSCP, I went to the command line and got a low voltage warning. It seems that this product just can't sustain the required performance while running the Pi under full load with a small fan. I'm giving it 2 stars as it still works for its main purpose, but if you have something connected to the GPIO or running something CPU intensive your mileage may vary. Ultimately I'm disappointed and my advice is to find a solution other than this one.
