I knocked one star off because I was unable to put this together with a broken arm. I realize that may be unfair but it means anyone dealing with long or short term weakness in an arm would likely struggle and that’s a lot of people.It’s not hard to figure out how it goes together and some sections screw together easily but others require force. Now the good stuff! All broom/dustpans should be designed like this. I have long hair and four cats so having those prongs is a must have! It also helps whispy dust bunnies stay in place. The broom sweeps smoothly and it only takes a couple of tries to get all the dust into the pan because it seals well to the floor. I had a different model before that broke but this brand is much more heavy duty and seems durable. Only time will tell but I am happy with it!
