Absolutely unusable product, not suitable for use.
A complete marriage of the manufacturer, as can be seen from many similar claims in the reviews. A similar heater of higher power bought a little earlier was also defective, leaked after being turned on, and was exchanged. Service center of the manufacturer, in violation of clause 7 of Art. 18 ZoZPP, refused to pick it up on my own, I had to hand it in for repairs through the seller. The reputation of the manufacturer has fallen below the plinth.
