I purchased this product in October 2014 and ended up using it on a trip to Colorado in July 2015! I've ridden over 1700 miles and tried it for the first time. It got stuck at first, but eventually I unlocked it. The second time it got stuck and my bike became unusable. I contacted the manufacturer and they couldn't help me. I had to break the plastic case off, but after an hour of work I was able to remove it. My son and I will never use this product again. If the locking mechanism is stuck, the only way to get it off the bike is to pray! If that doesn't work, expensive erasing is OK! I was very disappointed with this product and would not recommend using it as if it is stuck. Stuck wherever your motorcycle is?
