I forgot to check the reviews before ordering, in fact several customers said that the combination could not open one of the two locks. Unfortunately this happened to me again, the combination can only open one lock and I've tried multiple times to open the second without success. How does this happen so often with different customers? And still no solution and improvement, I'm not sure if anyone from Masterlock cares about this store here. To be honest it ruins Masterlock's reputation. If you really need that lock, try Walmart and bring it to the store. If it doesn't work, you can return it soon.
