It's easy to use, it has all of our different grants in one place so we don't have to keep track of them separately. The interface could be improved by adding more features like subgrants or other types of awards that are not listed as separate items but can still show up under an overall award category. If you're looking into using this software I would recommend trying out their demo first before purchasing because they do offer trial versions which will give you time with the product without having to pay anything upfront. We were able to easily manage multiple organizations' funds within Grants Admin and create reports about how much money each organization was spending per year.
