Oversized to fit most collets
Pin is slightly oversized and requires further precision machining to fit most collets. To put it simply, there is largely a lack of quality control by the person who makes these pens for Bosch. Machine tools are not properly maintained and after a certain number of operations, tool wear is not corrected. Cheap and lazy. There has never been anything like this in a company like Robert Bosch. But now it's all history. You need access to a high-speed lathe. And if you already have it, you don't have to buy it.
