The second tool pictured from the left broke on the first day of use. My teenage daughter used a sharp triangular edge to try and cut off a small piece of clay and the triangular piece snapped off immediately. I'm not sure how to fix this. EDIT: The company contacted me after I posted this review and offered to send me a brand new set to replace the broken one. I appreciated the offer. Definitely good customer service. I don't think my daughter will be using this piece to cut large chunks of clay in the future as we don't want it to break again. Perhaps their clay is particularly hard? This is our first experience with clay. She enjoys other objects for sculpting and creating patterns and impressions in her clay projects. I'm changing my rating to 4 stars (was 3).
