Pretty good for the price.
Overall this is a good stand, it does the job. I have a 2007 Silverado and the clips that came with it don't fit the bed. So I had to use some old ones I had lying around. Another clue is the set screws included in the kit. They unscrew easily, make sure to secure them! Shipped quickly and in good condition. A good shelf for the price, I recommend it.
