The best tool for making sure your data is up-to date and ready

I like that it's easy to use (it has an intuitive interface) but also gives you all important information when needed - no need to ask questions or have someone else tell you everything! It does not offer any integration options which would be very helpful if our business model changes in future. If this was available then there wouldn't always be issues finding out where people are coming into contact/leaving their email address etc., so having some kind of notification system could help as well as allowing us to send emails straight through them rather than using something different entirely. We're able to see who they've reached within hours after sending messages via Facebook messenger as opposed to days / weeks later once other partners had already started working directly with those contacts ourselves.
