I'm having an 8 week old puppy on the 19th May so I needed a cage fast and got it two days later with free shipping. It was easy to assemble, but I turned the side pieces upside down! I called them and they were very helpful, so I changed the sidebars and that's it. I love the plastic base and bottom shelf, and the wheels roll over my hardwood floors and carpet very easily. I've been looking online for days for the perfect crate for my new puppy and it's perfect. I took a picture with an old pet bed so you can see how much space the pup will have. I love Revain for their product support and they are a small business in California so I love that too. I am not allowed to put the top on yet to allow my wife easy access to the puppy without opening the front gate. I am so happy with my purchase. My dog died of cancer on April 14th so my wife wanted another dog of the same breed but I need to get a puppy because you can't find Tibetan Spaniels anywhere except through a breeder.
