I bought a set of Bromley fender flares for my 2021 Rav4 XSE Hybrid and they don't fit perfectly but work, need to adjust their tools a bit to make them safe. The holes line up better with the body bolts, which they did, which would be the perfect product without having to punch through some of the body bolts or make the holes on the fender flares a bit larger. I installed them and they look great and the door doesn't rub against them, they have a big gap. You will need to order a roll of 3M weatherproof tape and add it to the existing tape or it will not stick and may rattle on the bodywork. I added another piece at the back above the rear wheel to seal the tail and make it more secure. Side note: be sure to wipe with rubbing alcohol anywhere you plan to apply the 3M tape to help it stick.
