I'm not a competitive type. In a bike I prefer puncture protection, durability, going fast, good looks and value for money. You tick every box. I did it at Surly Crosscheck in Dallas, Texas. I take them everywhere from glass-lined bike lanes to gravel trails along the Trinity River. After 1000 miles there seems to be 2/3 of the track left in the rear. The front tire has minimal signs of wear. So far no apartments. There are certainly more flexible tires, but they can hardly be surpassed in terms of performance and price. They grip well on all surfaces and provide the balance for a single tire that can handle almost anything.
