position has been set up. and it didn't screw all the way in

The water only spurted out the side of the threads because it wasn't adjusted and the threads weren't working properly. I ended up just going to the store and buying my homeowner's shower replacement kit, which proved it wasn't a Pebcam issue. It looked more like cheap plastic than metal.
