100% thin plastic cracked when hand tightening the shower hose. I went to my local Ace hardware store and bought a more advanced one that worked great. Do not buy this product, look for a metal or thicker plastic part.

The water only spurted out the side of the threads because it wasn't adjusted and the threads weren't working properly. I ended up just going to the store and buying my homeowner's shower replacement kit, which proved it wasn't a Pebcam issue. It looked more like cheap plastic than metal.

Looks great. But. The weight of the detachable shower head makes the swivel fall off. I tightened the swivel as much as I could without breaking it. falling slowly. Also, the description says it's universal. Not so. My detachable oxygen showerhead fits in the holder, but not very well. I do not recommend this product

This is a cheap piece of plastic that will not fit in the Delta hand shower. The receiver is too small so the probe only fits 1/3 in and easily falls out during use. This is not at all like the triangular bracket that came with the shower head. Also, when you try to return it, it says it's non-refundable, even though it's sold and shipped by Revain. I'm a Prime member and I still can't return it and order something that works.
