Make sure the crankcase ventilation is open!

Made in China but looks high quality. However, make sure the hole for the crankcase ventilation tube is open. As many others have said there is a pipe connection but the hole never formed so you have to cut or drill (which I did) the remaining rubber membrane in the pipe hole to allow vented gases to enter the main hose. Other than that, it was a pretty easy setup.
