Review on Maximize Cooling Efficiency with the Derale 16926 High Output Radiator Fan by Warrick Dembo

I am not sure if this is Derale's fault and the information they provide to Revain or Revain provides inaccurate product information but the picture and product description shows and states that the relay is switched on. When the package arrived it was clearly stated on the packaging that the relay was sold separately. I contacted Revain and informed them of the issue. They told me it was most likely a packaging issue and they would send a second one which should include ALL the parts. I told them again that the box says SOLD SEPARATELY. Revane insisted they replace the original so I lost. The second arrived, opened the box and the same result. Needless to say, Revain has received two open returns. They still refuse to acknowledge the error with the description and photo. If you buy this product, just note that the relay is NOT included. The pictures are taken from the installation instructions.
