Review on High Mount Spare Tire Carrier - Extreme Max 3001.0064 by Corey Greene

I previously bought a 90 bay Fulton luggage rack and only had 1/2 inch between the body and tires. The Fulton was also underpowered and the number of holes was nowhere near 5 by 4 1/2 inches. Extreme Max is great! Robust equipment and at a good price. I gave it a star because it came with (3) rivets installed but NOT the most common size (5 x 4 1/2 inches) so immediately after removing the rivets you created an invitation to rust. The second complaint is that although (3) bolts are supplied, there is only one position that will work for a 4 1/2" wheel and only (2) holes will fit. That's enough for a spare tire, but in the age of technology it's not that difficult to find the right hole pattern.
