The ease of use for new users, it's ability with all platforms (both desktop & mobile) as well its robustness in comparison against other bots which are currently available out there! It requires some initial setup but that can be done quickly enough using their tutorial videos or by contacting them directly via support@joomlabotplatforms.
As we've been able solve our customer service problems through this bot so far - I don't have any major issues at present time either way :) Their team has also provided me many tips about how they work internally too :). We're solving an issue around providing better experience across multiple channels including messenger/app messages etc., where customers would otherwise need live agents during peak hours / holidays when not actively online themselves, thus reducing costs associated while improving quality over current model!
