I bought a 2017 F350 with automatic foot pegs but they were too high for my disabled wife to step on. I contacted Ford and they told me there is no way to lower the boards. I contacted AMP and they told me they don't make a lowering kit that will work with these boards. Then I took a chance and bought this expansion set and with a little swapping of parts it worked perfectly. Now my wife is happy and so am I. If anyone else needs to lower the power level on their 17/18 F250/350, buy this kit and it will be obvious that a small modification is required to make it work.
