The most important thing I like about this software, it's reliability. It has been working great since we started using it to manage our entire fleet (around 50 aircraft). There are not many things you need to take care off, everything works as expected. Nothing so far! We have used other products from 3C Software but none were as good or reliable as MerLot. A lot less time spent managing my employees with this tool, instead they spend their time doing what they do best - flying airplanes!! This makes life much easier. It can be quite hard when your team loses motivation at times, especially in winter months. You should try out this product first before deciding if its worth it.
